Black  Bottom  Cupcakes


  Mix together well:
   1   pkg  Cream Cheese  [8-oz]
   1   lrg  Egg
   1/3  cup  Sugar
   1/8  tsp  Salt
   1   pkg  Chocolate chips  [6 oz]

  In another bowl, mix:
   1½  cup  Flour
   1   cup  Sugar
   ¼   cup  Cocoa
   1   tsp  Soda
   ½   tsp  Salt

  To the cocoa mixture, mix in:
   1/3  cup  Oil
   1   tbl  Vinegar
   1   cup  Water
   1   tsp  Vanilla
 
 
 

Place cupcake liners in the pans.

Fill each 1/3  full of the chocolate mixture.

Spoon some cheese mixture on top.

Bake at 350°for 30 to 35 minutes.

Makes 1½ dozen.  Taste great and they are even better the second day.
