2  cup  Sugar
 2  cup  Flour

 ½  cup  Butter
 ½  cup  Oil
 3  tbl  Cocoa
 1  cup  COKE

 ½  cup  Buttermilk
 1  tsp  Baking soda
 2       Eggs
 1  tsp  Vanilla
 
 

Sift together sugar and flour.

Mix in sauce pan: butter, oil, cocoa and COKE .

Bring just to a boil and pour over dry mixture.

Add; buttermilk, baking sodaadded to the milk, eggs and vanilla.

Mix until all is moistened and smooth.

Bake at 350° in a 10½ x 15½ jelly roll pan for about 20 to 25 minutes or till cake tests done.
 
 

ICING:
 ½  cup  Butter
 3  tbl  Cocoa
 6  tbl  COKE
 1  tsp  Vanilla
 1  box  Powdered Sugar
 1  cup  Broken Nuts
 

Mix in saucepan and bring just to a boil; butter, cocoa and COKE .

Remove from heat and add; vanilla, powdered sugar, and broken up nuts.

Mix and beat well and spread over hot cake, being careful in spreading it over the cake that it doesn't roll up.
